Capcom has recently revealed a thrilling new 7-minute game overview trailer for Dragon's Dogma 2, beautifully narrated by the talented Ian McShane. This trailer showcases mesmerizing in-engine footage, giving us a glimpse of what's to come in this highly anticipated game.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is set to be an exciting single-player, narrative-driven action RPG where players have the freedom to make a plethora of choices that significantly impact their gameplay experience. From customizing their character's appearance and profession to selecting their companions and deciding how to navigate through the game, the options are vast and diverse.
The game is powered by the impressive RE Engine, ensuring great physics and intelligent enemy AI. With the efficiency of the RE Engine, players can expect smooth performance across a wide range of PCs, delivering an immersive gaming experience.
Capcom has also revealed the official PC requirements for Dragon's Dogma 2, set to release on March 22nd. These requirements suggest relatively high specs, which possibly explain the 30fps limitation on console versions. For optimal performance at 2160p/30fps, players are advised to have hardware such as Intel Core i7-10700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 or AMD Radeon RX 6700. It's worth noting that the PC version will run at 60fps, offering a smoother experience compared to consoles.
Dragon's Dogma 2 will employ the Denuvo anti-tamper technology upon release, a common practice by Capcom that may potentially be removed in the following years. With its promising features and March release date, players are eagerly anticipating the arrival of this immersive RPG.
