The Upcoming Epic Games Store Free Title has Been Announced

Nathan Lees

The next free title on the Epic Games Store has been confirmed. Islets, a metroidvania game from developer Kyle Thompson and publisher Armor Games Studios, will be available for free from March 28 to April 4 on the PC marketplace.

In Islets, players will embark on an adventure to reunite a fragmented world. The game offers beautiful hand-painted islands, quirky characters, and powerful adversaries. Normally priced at $19.99, this title is definitely a steal for gamers.

For those who haven't claimed them yet, the current free games on the Epic Games Store are Call of the Wild: The Angler and Invincible Presents: Atom Eve, available until March 21. So make sure to grab them before they're gone!

In addition to these freebies, the Epic Games Store is also running its Spring Sale until March 28. Some notable discounts include EA Sports FC 24 for $13.99 (80% off), Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown for $29.99 (40% off), and Skull and Bones for $44.99 (25% off).

As if that wasn't exciting enough, Epic Games recently held its State of Unreal keynote at GDC, where they announced Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. Plus, they revealed plans to bring the Epic Games Store to mobile later this year. So, there's a lot to look forward to from this gaming giant!
